Recipe

  1. Heat the water for the cups.

  2. Put the kettle on 85.

  3. Put the filter in the sieve.

  4. Weigh 30.5 gr coffee, wet, grind to 6.5, remove excess.

  5. Moisten the filters.

  6. Pour the coffee into the upside down aeropress, pour in 100 gr water, stir 20 times, put on the filter.

  7. Strain, add 120 gr of water from the kettle.
