Ingredients:

Coffee (Costa Rica La Torre) - 11 gr. (Finely grind into powder)

Dried juniper berries - 3 pcs. (You can crush it a bit, not necessary)

Raspberry jam - 11gr.

Water - 110gr (room temperature)
Cooking:
We mix in stages, first dry ingredients, then wet.
Put on the fire and stir (a few times).
Cook for 3-4 minutes until foamy foam forms.
Pour into an airpress and strain (optional).
Pour into a cup
