Cezve / With raspberry jam and spices

  • Coffee (Costa Rica La Torre) - 11 gr. (Finely grind into powder)

  • Dried juniper berries - 3 pcs. (You can crush it a bit, not necessary)

  • Raspberry jam - 11gr.

  • Water - 110gr (room temperature)


We mix in stages, first dry ingredients, then wet.

Put on the fire and stir (a few times).

Cook for 3-4 minutes until foamy foam forms.

Pour into an airpress and strain (optional).

Pour into a cup
