Recipe

  1. Heat the water for the cups.

  2. Put the kettle on 85.

  3. Put the filter in the Kemex.

  4. Weigh 30.5gr coffee, wet, grind for 7, remove excess.

  5. Moisten the filter.

  6. Pour the coffee into the Chemex.

  7. Pour in 80gr of water, stirring vigorously with a swirling motion.

  8. Then 120gr, then 100gr and 150gr.
